Products

The products displayed on this Web site can be ordered and delivered only within the U.S. and Canada. Bric-a-Brac products displayed on this Web site may be available in select retail stores in the U.S. and certain foreign markets. All prices displayed on this Web site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.

Color Information

While Bric-a-Brac has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or beyond the control of Bric-a-Brac and may not be accurate.

Shipping and Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise specified the following terms apply: Items in stock ship via FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service, ground and should be received in the continental United States within 5 – 8 business days. All sales are final and returns must be made within 30 days and for exchange only, no refunds. There will also be will be a 15% restocking fee imposed on exchanged, returned, or canceled orders. Products must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in good condition. All returns must be pre-approved by our office prior to return. Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be pre-paid. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Holiday merchandise, custom order and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All large or heavy items will be shipped via common freight carrier. In these cases, you will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment. We take care when packaging and shipping your order, so it will arrive in good condition. Once shipments are accepted, damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND REPORT VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER UPON ACCEPTANCE. If damage to a shipment has occurred, please call us at 0000000000uuu or call the carrier and file a claim. Please save all original cartons and packing material until the carrier has made inspection. Failure to follow these instructions will void the insurance and limit our ability to issue you credit or send replacement.

All items purchased from Bric-a-Brac are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Backorders

Backorders will be shipped when the merchandise becomes available unless otherwise specified on your order. Cancel your back orders promptly if you do not wish to receive them.

Specifications, availability, policies and prices are subject to change without notice. We are not and will not be held responsible for problems caused by bad weather or conditions beyond our control.

Third Party Services

Consumer Services

The consumer reviews on our site are comments received from actual customers--typically many thousands of consumers--surveyed at the point-of-sale for each online merchant/user, as well as customers who have elected to post a review on our site. As such, these reviews are informative for those wishing to use them, but they do not guarantee any level of performance by an online merchant or other third party in any given transaction.

Fraud Protection

As part of our order processing, merchant agreement, and classified listing procedures, we often screen received orders and applications for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts, agreements or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or suspected unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or possibly acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
